These General Conditions of Sale govern all relations between: the “Fans Club Franco Morbidelli” association and its customers on the internet (hereinafter the “customer”). Before any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read them and expressly declares to accept them when clicking on the «I accept» box.

1. General conditions of sale When placing the order, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale displayed on the screen (name, price, components, weight, quantity, color, particularities of the products, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The transmission of the order and its confirmation by the customer materialize his full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, which are the only ones applicable to the order.
2. Order The customer submits the order by clicking on the “Cart” box. The order is displayed in a summary containing all the elements that the customer confirms by clicking on the “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale” box in the menu bar. 4. Provision of orders and delivery conditions The place and date of making the goods available are chosen by the customer at the time of his order. Fans club Franco Morbidelli reserves the right to use any logistics service provider at its own discretion to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer.
5. Delivery terms Deliveries are made within a maximum period of 14 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of the order, we will notify you as soon as possible, confirming the availability date or offering you an equivalent replacement product. Delivery takes place at the risk of the recipient.
6. Shipping costs and placing of orders The shipping costs amount to 8 € incl. VAT for Italy, at € 20 incl. VAT for EU countries and € 25 incl. VAT for non-EU countries.
7. Prices All prices indicated are in Euros and include Italian VAT (22%).
8. Product data sheets The photographs illustrating the products are provided for information only. The texts accompanying these photographs are the reproduction of the information appearing on the packaging or the warnings for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can be only minor differences and do not concern the essential characteristics of the products.
9. The color of the products on the online shop may be slightly different from the color of the actual product.
10. Payment conditions The ordered product (s) will / will be provided upon receipt of your payment via Paypal or bank transfer.

All personal data collected when connecting to our online shop will be used exclusively to fulfill your order.
